The cat is stately watchful lately
a family member
loved immensely
guards her kingdom quite intensely.

The cat is ready taut and steady
lithe of body
night-eyes shine
poised to spring at any time.

The cat is stealthy fat and healthy
orange in color
paws like leather
smart as two men put together.
